Take bus no. X19 in direction Obertshausen (approx. 25-minutes' ride), get off at the bus stop Neu-Isenburg Gewerbegebiet Ost and walk for 3 minutes (20 m back from the bus stop, then turn onto the first street on the left).

From Frankfurt/Main Central Station: suburban railway (S-Bahn) no. 3 or 4 in direction Darmstadt/Langen to Neu-Isenburg station (approx. 20-minutes' ride). Approx. 3 km from the station to the hotel by taxi.

Free parking spaces are available at the hotel. Alternatively, you can use our underground car park for € 14.00/day.

Your hotel room will be available for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to get your room ready as soon as possible. In the meantime, you are welcome to use our facilities and to store your luggage with us. If you need an early check-in in the morning, we recommend you to book your room already for the night before to ensure a guaranteed early check-in.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. If you require a late check-out, please contact the reception in advance as this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.

Pets are welcome at the hotel against a cleaning fee of € 15.00 per night.

Children up to the age of 17 years stay for free in their parents' hotel room. Up to 4 children aged 12 years or younger eat for free at the hotel.

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, MAESTRO, V PAY, JCB, Union PAY, Diners Club International, Discover, American Express, EC and cash.

Restaurant Amaroso:

• Breakfast: Monday - Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., weekends: 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
• Lunch: daily 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Dinner: daily 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

The spa and fitness area is open daily between 6:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. free of charge.

We offer free Wi-Fi in all hotel areas. You will receive your access details upon check-in.
